<p class="MsoNormal">Greeting from the lurking section. Because I have curtain track, this came to me. I have a client working on a feature film here in NYC.

<p class="MsoNormal">The idea is to have the actor sit in their room and simulate time passage by tracking a 100# light 20-30 feet outside the window.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">First, they have a moving light that will pan to always hit the window.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Now for the problem, smoothly traveling 20-30’ over a controlled variable 4-5 minutes.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">DMX control would be way cool.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Any thoughts. They are talking a grip with a rope without a better plan.<o:p></o:p></p>
