<div>Back in 2007 a touring play came to Huntsville Alabama. One of the local community theatre groups was notified that this was their last stop and that they were wanting to sell all of the scenery from the show, as well as, curtains, some props, and quite a bit of extra hardware & supplies that were out on tour. The local group worked out a price and bought all of the items. </div>

</div>
<div>Over the years the curtains, props, hardware, and parts of the set have been used and/or modified for other productions. Some of the scenery, mostly due to size and lack of storage, has been thrown away, but a good bit of it still exists, including steps, platforms, fireplace, and backdrop.</div>

</div>
<div>In 2020 a local theatre group is going to do a production of the show that this scenery came from. This leads to several questions:</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>1. Can the local theatre group use the scenery that was purchased back in 2007?</div>
<div>2. If so, do they need to get permission to use it? From who? </div>

</div>
<div>Thanks in advance!</div>
