I spray it on the joists with a garden sprayer, work it</span><br><span>in briefly with a brush, and then wipe off the excess moisture with a</span><br><span>towel. Combined with keeping the humidity in the crawlspace down, the</span><br><span>mold had not reappeared. Borax is basic while mold is acidic, so the</span><br><span>residual chemicals help fight the return. If your mold is on the backside</span><br><span>of the flats, I'd definitely recommend the treatment. If the mold was on</span><br><span>the surface of the flats, I cannot predict how paint will react with it.</span><br><span></span><br><span>Wayne Rasmussen</span><br><span></span><br><span></span><br><span></span><br><span>------------------------------</span><br><span></span><br><span>Subject: Digest Footer</span><br><span></span><br><span>_______________________________________________</span><br><span>Stagecraft mailing list</span><br><span><a href="mailto:Stagecraft@theatrical.net">Stagecraft@theatrical.net</a></span><br><span><a href="http://theatrical.net/mailman/listinfo/stagecraft_theatrical.net">http://theatrical.net/mailman/listinfo/stagecraft_theatrical.net</a></span><br><span></span><br><span></span><br><span>------------------------------</span><br><span></span><br><span>End of Stagecraft Digest, Vol 59, Issue 17</span><br><span>******************************************</span><br></div></blockquote></div></body></html>
