It seems there are a lot of apps out there. Some are subscription based (Don't fall for it!), and many support barcode scanning, as well as pictures.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">There are also a lot of home inventory apps for phones. Of course, many are pre-coded to be friendly to that. But, that may be viable for theaters, since props are often household items. But, I suspect a version that can be heavily customized would be a better choice.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I can't invest the time now to research these in any depth. And most turn out to be a waste of time to even start, because many are subscription based. As I alluded to above, I hate anything with a subscription, or one that demands you use their own cloud. It means that if the company discontinues the product, or goes out of business, your work is gone. But, just search "Inventory App" an you will get plenty of hits.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">-Joe<br></div></div></body></html>
