<div dir="auto">Another option might be thin plyron, though that might be a special order, too. I think the thinnest it comes is about 3/8" or 7/16". Yet another option might MDO, mostly used by sign makers, from what I understand.</div><div dir="auto">What's the intended use? If smooth and double-sided are the only criteria, 22-gauge sheet metal meets them. Or foam-core.
