<div dir="ltr">MDO is like plyron but with a medium density overlay instead of a Hi Density overlay. MDF is a medium density fiberboard. Masonite is no longer made by the masonite corporation is Hi density fiberboard. That is why it is such a good solution for floors. It is a very dense and cover with very little structural strength which is why you have a plywood floor for structure with the High density board as a wear layer.<div>MDF is a bad solution for floors in my opinion especially if there are heavy wagons moving on it. It is too soft to be the kind of wear layer that Hardboard is. </div><div>Mike<br clear="all"><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature">Michael Katz<br><a href="mailto:narishkup@gmail.com" target="_blank">narishkup@gmail.com</a><br><span>C: <span id="gc-number-1085" class="gc-cs-link" title="Call with Google Voice">857.383.0020</span></span></div></div><br></div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Thu, Feb 20, 2020 at 10:37 AM Steven Hood via Stagecraft <<a href="mailto:stagecraft@theatrical.net">stagecraft@theatrical.net</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><u></u>
