You'll probably need to disassemble the hot end entirely. An
acetone bath might loosen things up. What model printer? On my old
Replicator 2, I had to just flat out replace the hot end after an
all-night print lifted from the print bed encasing the head in
plastic. It might be cheaper and easier to just replace it. When I
got my Ender 3, I upgraded the hot end to a Swiss Tek to prevent
the issue you experienced. BTW, your picture got scrubbed in the
