<div dir="ltr">University of Louisville Theatre Arts department after some 28 years, <br>

<div dir="ltr">not much longer than I've been (quietly) following this group as well as <br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">the usenet version way back when. What I have gained from this group <br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">over the years is immeasurable as well as quite entertaining. At some <br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">point I started requiring my stagecraft students to follow and report on <br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">topics just so they could be exposed to what was happening in the <br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">theatre world beyond the campus. Sample question from a few years ago: <br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">who is this Frank Wood and why do people talk so much about him?<br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr"><br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">   I bring this to your attention because there will be a job posting <br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">and search for my replacement coming in the next month or so. This <br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">program is moving in new directions with a young and energetic faculty <br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">after retirements in the last 6 years (I am the last of the old farts) <br>
</div>

<div dir="ltr">and I am hopeful that the program will continue to grow and prosper.<br>
