But how do you keep it from tangling? The fans fly out until the end of the show and come back in. I am concerned the fans will cause the battens to move side to side. I may be misinterpreting what the designer is trying to achieve, but<br>
first thought is to remind the designer that it is a stage production<br>
and an overused film cliche is not appropriate. That is unlikely to go<br>
down well though, so try suggesting fan style rotating gobos instead -<br>
far more practical and probably a lot cheaper.<br>
