Had a problem with the Internet, the technician swapped out the 100Mbps router for a 300Mbps one which now works.<br>
<br>
Had our arrival VCR tests, I tested BetaMax (but no sign of THE VIRUS).<br>
<br>
Met with the local migration magistrate and had our temporary residency approved. We have to leave for 1 day every 6 months.<br>
<br>
Permanent residency ("green cards") waiting for documents from US Dept of State, they said
<br>
<br>
The fridge and freezer were stocked full of food and drinks, water, soda, beer, vodka, home made cha-cha...<br>
<br>
NO MORE AIRPLANES! Aren't even any in the sky around here, no nearby airports.<br>
<br>
Still setting up all the new computers, will post pictures on our web site when I find them all and get them organized.<br>
<br>
a note from our travels: Airport security has to closely check cell phones but couldn't care less about the 12 TB of encrypted hard disks in our bags. Didn't even have to take them out.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
