For those of you who are smarter than me, (which is most of you), I have a design question. The local HS will be doing "Addams Family the Musical" & I have been asked to design the set. I would like to base my designs off of the classic TV show, but I am not sure if that breaks copyright law. (The last show I worked I had someone screaming copyright at my solutions to any problems.)

So where is the line here? Is their a line? Being this in a school setting, I would rather teach the kids the right way rather just get it done & hope no one is looking.
