plywood in place of specified plyron. I'm outspokenly opposed, because of<br>
splinters.<br>

Do you agree with me or would you be ok with painted hardwood stage floor.<br>

While Plyron is a good floor surface, it is also important to consider how the stage is used. For a floor that will have show floors attached all the time a replaceable sacrificial layer that takes fasteners well has points to recommend it. I liked having 1/4" plywood nailed down. If we needed to pull a sheet for some reason it would not be a big deal.<br>
