We had around 40cm of snow here (way more than
usual) then it stayed cold for quite some time, somewhere around 3
weeks. Anyway, it mostly melted off today and it's raining, but
we're supposed to have more cold weather coming. Not the best
image for a hot spring resort town!
I'll say that much snow for our town which only has limited snow
removal equipment is an issue. Also we quickly got a layer of ice
under the snow. Makes driving fun.
Otherwise we're fine, we have food in pantry, reasonably reliable
utilities, and a couple of cubic meters of firewood.

Be safe everyone, remember, winter means cold and maybe snow/ice
depending on were you are.
