[SML] Road case weights.

Having read several suggestions post so far, here is one more.  Do you know 
a local DOT officer, (the kind that keeps an eye on the truckers)  Some of 
them have portable scales that they use on semi along the side of the road. 
It may not be practial, but it's an idea.
