[SML] Teletype Machine

Dear Matt,
Teletype machines use the same protocol and baud rate as today's TDD/TTY
machines, which are also becoming obsolete, with IM and texting. You can
hook things up so as to recreate incoming teletype messages on stage by
placing a TDD machine off stage and sending a TDD message to the Teletype
machine, which will make plenty of noise on cue, and may become
objectionable. If you use real POTS phone lines, you won't have to build
anything.
