+1 on Kevin's suggestion of rehearsing the load-in and out.

Treat it almost like a dance number.  You want it to be as fast and smooth as it can be, without compromising safety.  
Each person should have defined individual tasks, and have it written down, so you can have a "tech understudy" fill-in (if necessary) with as little disruption as possible.
