[SML] Gas or Electric for Dryers

Yes, Clay. this is a college campus. New construction from the ground
up. This is an ongoing MEP discussion.  Both gas and elec. are under
consideration. Architects have proposed one, the Costume Designer and
Shop Manager desire the other.
