I know I'm late to the party, but have you checked the Multi-order
shipping app? It provides a lot more options for shipping, and you can
even "input" orders manually or import them from files and then print
your labels in one batch.

I had been using this tool to ship First Class and Media Mail for
one-offs, but now I'll be using the link Michael Sauder provided, much
easier if you don't need the advanced features.
