For some shows, such as the dance school shows I have mentioned, I
think not. The fond parents will come anyway.

As an LD, I approve of Jerry's method. I have created a set of
pictures to suit the show. I always take a set of photographs to
record these, obviously without flash. With fast film and wide
aperture lenses I have has success, although the colour rendering is
not always what I would wish. But I have computer programmes which
will correct this, and the know-how to use them. But, I'm lazy. When I
want to publish one, I take the trouble to correct it. But I have
several hundred colour slides and 5" x 4" prints. Correcting all of
them, and filing them on digital media, is too much trouble.
