[SML] Walkie-Talkie Headset?

Folks,

 

I’m having a devil of a time finding a reliable, rugged, effective headset
to use with the standard Motorola Radius CP200, the kind with two prongs on
the plug. The unit I’ve been using for years is no longer made and finally
gave up the ghost. Throat mic preferred but would consider induction with a
small boom.

Anyone got a model they like and trust?

Price is a factor but reliability and comfort are paramount.
