[SML] LED lights in the Scene Shop

I just opened a project with LED troffers for stage work lights and
really like them.  Not for scene painting for for load in and out,
cleaning, rehearsal - good, and I think good fro general shop work.
Lithoniua I-Beam - 3K - many different levels of illumination.

Definitely get a batten - dead hung even - and switched or dimmed
circuits for stage lights for painting and other finishes.
