[SML] LED Blacklights

Here is my report on a "UV" LED strip light I received today.  The item I ordered from E-bay was

The blue color certainly is highly visible to the eye. It fluoresces items about the same intensity as the pure-blue color on my RGB strip. So, I can't say it is a UV light source.
