I am afraid you either mis-typed or are confused about the items we are talking about. I don't think anyone mentioned an "incandescent" blacklight tube.  And while there are incandescent blacklight bulbs that get VERY hot, they also put out VERY little UV light, and would be absolutely useless for stage.  I suspect you meant to type "fluorescent" tube.
