[SML] Safety tip.

A couple of years ago I send Bill Sapsis a picture of just such and incident (for his hall of shame).  I can't find it right now but maybe Bill still has it?    Big cable, part of a basket as I remember, likely 50% or more burn thru. 
If I find it, i'll share.
