Not a chance!

Be careful with that 97% efficiency figure, it depends somewhat on 
dimmer size and in particular risetime. ETC show heat output in their 
datasheets, a normal 15A module is 380 BTUs, an extended risetime 25A 
module is 810 BTUs. Note that those figures are per 2 channel module, 
not per dimmer.
