[SML] Dimmers won't turn off

DMX lines can pick up spurious signals at times that will turn a dimmer
on.  Sensors have a user setting to pick what happens after loss of signal,
I think the default is to stay on for 30 minutes so even a quick spurious
signal can turn your lights on and leave them on for awhile. This only
happens when the desk is OFF, if the desk is sending strong DMX 0
everything stays off.  Possible solutions include checking all shielding of
the DMX, leaving the desk on, disconnecting long runs of DMX,
opto-isolating branches....depowering the dimmers.
