We use Arts People (formerly Ticket Turtle). It's very easy to use, both
for customers and for our own box office staff. I have no idea what
their service fees are. We have been with them at least five years. In
that time, we've never had any customer service issues (i.e. where we
are the customer trying to get service from them), and I think there
were two unplanned service outages, which they rectified very quickly.

The software also lets you set up a layout of the theatre, so patrons
can see exactly where they'll be sitting.

It also has a wide variety of management reports, sales reports,
end-of-day reconciliations, etc.
