[SML] Computing a lighting load

We prepare a load schedule - as required by NEC - and usually show one
750 or two 575s (which is around the 50% assumption) on each dimmed
stage circuit, and of course actual on house lighting. I have looked
at this in various ways - including how many units could be hung and
focused - either as constrained by time and budget or by physical
space - and it doesn't change much. Considering some diversity by
dimming - how often is it all at full anyways - it's very
conservative. Add the change to LED and other lower power consuming
lighting, and it's even more conservative.
