 I figured it out - There are dip switches on the BLU Link card to set
what audio group it sends and listens to.  This isn't covered in the
user guide and had been set to some random value when shipped to me.
(I did RTFM!)
After noticing that the dip switches exist, I searched the internet
specifically for the BLU Link card dip switches got me the information
I needed.
