[SML] Fwd: DBX PMC-16

Hello List(s),

I about a month ago I bought some DBX PMC-16 monitor controllers, and
a BLU Link card for our Soundcraft Si Performer.

Today I unboxed it all to set up for the show loading in tomorrow, and
I can't get the darn things to work.  Some details:

I have updated the console to the latest firmware.
I have tried the BLU card in both slots with no change in results
The console is seeing the BLU card, I can assign outputs to it.
The PMC is seeing signal from the BLU card, in that it shows "locked
48k" and the connection symbols on the LCD are good
I've run the PMC setup wizard.

Despite all of this, I can't get any audio in or out of the PMC-16.

Has anyone used these that can offer suggestions?
