[SML] Upgrading dimmer racks

Replace the current dimmers with a relay panel and circuit breakers so
there is basically constant power available,  install a good
distributed data system - all DMX or ethernet and nodes, and buy solo
dimmers - ETC's Source Four Dimmer or Strands's Light Pack - for your
existing inventory.  (Mix in a few Smart Bars even.)  And then work
towards more solid state lighting inventory.  You'll like have more
control and options sooner than adding dimmers and circuits, and you
won't be paying for wiring unusable empty spaces.
