[SML] Genie lift safety

Don' t they just!  I followed your advice, and found hundreds of
pictures. So, I ask again: are we talking about scissors lifts,
vertical lifts, articulated arms, or what? They seem to make all of
them. Few seem to need outriggers.

There you will see pictures of the lift in the lowered and in the extended positions. This should give you a good idea of what they are.
