I mean to say "Infertile" -- damn auto-correct.
She lays iinfertile eggs. It is common in the egg hatchery industry to use virgin hens.
Restaurants prefer eggs from virgin hens because they stay in prime state a couple 
of days longer, in other words they will cook in a nicer pattern  with the yolks 
centered.
BUT Virgin eggs have to set in the refer ten days to peal well compared to seven 
days for eggs from non-virgen hens.

If a hen has no rooster available,
