Website that measures the latency of various monitors for video games.

One of the most challenging issues I've seen is not scaling the image
anywhere from the camera all the way to the display. e.g. Blackmagic's
SDI to HDMI converters only have 4 lines of delay (i.e. 0.1 ms) when
no frame rate or resolution changes are required, but 1-2 frames of
delay (i.e. 33 - 66 ms) if they need to scale the image or charge
frame rate.

Delvcam has some cheaper SDI monitors designed for on-camera use which
I would assume have very low latency based on their purpose, however I
haven't used them personally.
