The rosco subfloor was created by Wooden Kiwi Productions in
Somverville, MA, and if it is not available from Rosco, the folks at
wooden Kiwi will be pleased to get your order for some.

this is just a resilient subfloor system, you still have to put a finish
surface on top, such as Marley or a wooden deck.

But, if you're looking for a removable subfloor that would work on carpet AND on concrete, Rosco used to make a subfloor that came in about 3x3 foot squares that locked together and had spring pads underneath. Don't know if they still make it or what the lead time would be for delivery, but I'd call my Rosco dealer and check it out.
