For those of you that care---from press info on their shop

71,544 sq ft.   $7.2 million. land and building.    Set, prop,   paint shop.  Costume, prop storage.  Costume shop elsewhere and will remain as old shops (former skate rink) convert to rehearsal canter.   Staff (on site) of about 40  (now that they've all moved over here).
