[SML] Foam Fire Retardant

Monona Rossol rails against using foam board. FAR too many scene shops are cutting it with hot implements which release toxic chemicals or using tools that create tiny particles and not providing proper PPE.

IIRC, she wrote an article about why it should be used in response to someone on the Scenic Artists group asking about flame-retarding and undercoating that would take paint. Sorry - prepping for USITT and I don't have time to search for it at the moment.
