As has been pointed out by others, Chauvet's COLORado line is available in outdoor models. So are the Altman SpectraPARs and the new Chroma-Q Color Ones. I've used the Chauvet and Altman and been pleased with them. I've only seen the Chroma-Q in demo, but by this time next month I'll have used them in a show.
