[SML] Keep away from NewFrog.com

Just a warning. I have ordered from several Chinese discount houses like "DealXtreme" with great success. However, one company, "NewFrog.com", has been miserable with whom to deal. After 2+ months, I still have not received my order. They didn't even "ship" until my 3rd email asking what was going on...that email sent after 3 weeks of waiting. First they sent me a bogus tracking number (apparently a common practice with this company), then a week later claimed they had been waiting for back orders and had finally shipped and could I please trust them and wait 20-25 (a.k.a. 4-5+ weeks longer) business days for the package to arrive! So that time is up and they have asked me to again trust them and wait a week longer. Their website finally recognized my order number and stated it was "Paid/Not Shipped".

Sigh.

I have opened a PayPal case against them so I might get my money back. I should have read the myriad negative reviews of this company before I ordered but I was kind of excited to find an item on their website that I had been waiting for other companies to restock for over a year, so I ordered without due diligence on my part.

Fool me once...
