When I was handling trucking for Opera Pacific, I used two trucking brokers.
Pacer, my contact was Loren Ropp
And
Truck 'n Roll for trucking shows from Canada.

Pacer was always good about having the trucks on time.  They were able to come up with trailers to meet special needs as well.  One show, I had to have a drop frame trailer.  They also were good about working out shipping containers by train.
