Try a specialized caster supplier, I like Caster City or Casters of
Oklahoma. You may be able to get them at McMaster-Carr or Grainger. The
specialists will often allow you to specify wheel material, so you could go
with a hard, non-marring urethane tread surface.
The 3-way caster... well, I only find the heavy duty (cast-iron 3 caster
