[SML] back in time

I've seen some companies put serious resources into one time use shipping  boxes.  If they stand behind the product, and the product is expensive enough, it's a better option to put a bit into the shipping box than to have to pay to ship back, repair/replace and reship to the customer.
It like buying the pet safe ice melt chemicals.  They are more expensive, but that is way less money than the vet bill for chemical burns to four paws.  Gotta look at the bigger picture.

We just received a new tool for the shop and it came in a WOOD box, screwed together! The UPS guy even commented on it! It's less than a 2' cube and around 80 pounds, so it's not like it's huge or anything. - Jerry Durand, Durand Interstellar, Inc. www.interstellar.com tel: +1 408 356-3886, USA toll free: 1 866 356-3886
