[SML] Artificial Cottage Cheese

Wondering if anyone knows a good substitute for cottage cheese.  We are
producing "The Nerd", and one of the gags is that they throw cottage cheese
out the window and then a minute later somebody walks in with it all over
his face.  I would prefer not to be hurling actual dairy products around my
space if at all possible.
