[SML] QLab 3 triggered by ETC Element

It will auto associate it it's getting the MSC codes properly. I answered
the FB post. I generally have to tinker with the board settings; not in the
office ATM, so. Can't share what they are; I don't have them memorized. I
find it's the board end that's generally the issue; those settings can be
much more finicky than you think, and settings you don't think should
affect the MSC being sent. If I'm recalling, it's usually something to do
with the ACN/Midi that trips the relationship up.
