As Rob said, QLab does listen for MSC commands as soon as you turn it
on.  My issue was not having the ACM MIDI ID set correctly.  I was
assuming since I had a MIDI cable hooked directly up to the QLab
computer, that ACN was unnecessary.  As soon as I changed it to "2"
[matching, I'm assuming, the Device ID 1 in QLab and the MSC Device 1
on the Element], everything worked great.  Been triggering QLab from
the Element all day Sunday and during notes yesterday.
