I'm wrong (hard as it is to believe) . 

Handicap ramp is now ADA recommended 1:12.  Was 1:10 when we built the building I am in.  Handicap ramps have a max distance traveled before they must have a horizontal section (think slow the wheelchair down, then more ramp).
