I think 1:5 or 11 degrees - use to be max aisle ramp but now only allowed in existing - is reasonable max. 1:8 or 7 degrees - current new aisle ramp max - would be a better max. I'm not sure AEA guidelines but probably 1:12. -- Bill Conner Fellow of the ASTC
