[SML] Giving Notice....

After 13 years at my current T.D./One man tech department gig, it is time to
move on.  Any thoughts on the amount of notice one should give?  This is an
academic institution and I don't want to short change my ethics on this
matter.  I'm just curious as to the current best practices.  Thanks!
