[SML] Ratings of household lighting fixtures

A lot of LED retrofits - even if much less wattage - may void the
listing. I probably wouldn't be too concerned in my house, but it is
an issue on projects where we want to re-lamp existing fixtures with
LED.

Would not surprise me if the testes changed above 60 watts.  These
standards tend to be pretty prescriptive.
