[SML] horn spit as bio-hazard?

Even if it is not a bio-hazard, I can  see how it would still be considered undesirable.  

There are pads that can be placed in front of urinals to catch any dribbles. they are like rubber with an absorbent material underneath. They are called "Urinal Mats".   Perhaps those can be used for the horn spit.  Another option is a traditional tobacco spittoon, but that would be more visually intrusive.
